Current Exhibits Our major current exhibit is entitled “Plush and Palm Beach, The Products that made Sanford Famous” which features a variety of products made in the local textile mills owned by the Goodall family.  Among the items on display are plush lap robes, cushions and mittens; woolen horse blankets; blankets made for Pullman Railway Cars and the Spanish-American War; Palm Beach clothing and neckties; upholstery fabrics and other items too numerous to mention. Our second exhibit is entitled “Treasures from the Goodall Mansion”.  These include ledgers, photographs, awards, ambrotypes, a fraternal uniform, travel photos, 18th century account books and a suitcase well covered with steamship and hotel labels from around the world, all donated by Virgil Pitstick who with his late wife Ruth Goodall Pitstick were the last family owners of the Goodall Mansion.
